Back and Neck Pain

The Statistics tell us that 80% of us will have at least one significant episode of spinal pain – so it can happen to most of us at some time at any age!

At  ESP we draw on a great deal of experience for managing neck and back pain – we have seen and treated most presentations. We use a variety of modalities depending on your unique presentation.

Being around computers every day, as many of us are, is often a recipe for neck and back pain. The good news is that most of that pain is not only treatable but PREVENTABLE.
We will look closely at your ergonomics and posture and then advice appropriate modifications to your set-up and which exercises and stretches are going to help you. Don’t put up with persistent neck and back pain from computer use, the vast majority of it is preventable.
