Are all your staff qualified and registered?
All of the Physiotherapists at ESP are qualified and registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Professionals Registration Association)
Do you need a referral to attend ESP?
No, a referral is not required. We do often work on referral from your GP or Specialist, but this is not essential.
Do you work with GP Care Plans?
Yes, we frequently work as part of GP Care Plans. To be eligible you must first visit your GP who can initiate a Care Plan for up to five Medicare funded consultations per year. A co-payment may be charged.
Is privacy and confidentiality respected at ESP?
This is guaranteed at all times. We will only liaise with other health care practitioners with your specific consent.
What about access to ESP?
We are conveniently located on Market Street, just off Springvale road, Nunawading with on street parking next to the practice and a disabled parking outside the front door. We are literally one minute from Nunawading railway station and one minute from bus connections to Forest Hill, Box Hill and Doncaster. Do you have HICAPS and are you registered with the private health insurance funds?
Yes, we are registered with the major health funds and use HICAPS. Payment by credit card, debit card or cash is accepted. To keep costs to a minimum we request payment on the day of treatment.
Are all your consultations on a one on one basis?
Yes, you are assured of our undivided attention at all times during your consultation at ESP. Our treatment areas are totally private. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality of treatment to get you better as soon as possible, which requires you to receive our full attention.
